Graph-Tool Mac OS Build Errors

tanzairatier
I'm attempting to build Graph-Tool on this MacBook Air (OS X 10.9.2).  I've got all the dependencies installed, including boost and I've even run tests to confirm boost works.  When I run the ./configure and make, I get the error half way into make at graph_correlations.lo.

Showing below are the ./configure and make commands.  (I've tried with no flags on ./configure and it turned out pretty much the same.)  I've also upgraded to gcc48, which got me past a few earlier errors and a little deeper into the files to build through the make command.   But I'm stuck here, unsure of what the holdup is.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

What version of graph-tool, numpy and boost are you using? Also, please
provide the full compilation output without any line breaks, as well as
the output of config.log.

BTW, have you considered using macports? It makes the installation on
MacOS X considerably easier.

Best,
Tiago

We can close this.  The issue with using macports is that it uses /usr/opt/local/bin/pythonw2.7.    Upon calling that version of python, graph-tool worked fine.   It seems most of its dependencies were being put into that directory as well.

In any case, I've got graph-tool working on this mac as well as a linux box too, so all is good.
